I call her "Tiptoe Through the Tulips" for the quiant little number that came out in 1929. She's a spiffy lid that will keep the sun out of your eyes and all the admiring gazes directed at you.

I used a luscious strawberry-colored parasisal straw to create Miss Tulip, then trimmed her in an embroidered ribbon from India. The adjustable hatband allows for a range of 22"-23" head sizes.
