Merchandise Refund Policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alangdon@fuse.net to start the return process.
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be promptly processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable!
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We strongly recommend insurance and tracking on all shipped returns to avoid any delayed or missing returns.
Photo and Video Disclaimer
Abbydid LLC plans to take photographs, audio, and video during our in-person events, and reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any abbydid event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Abbydid may use the photograph/video in abbydid educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on our website.
To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.
A person attending an abbydid event (or one we are participating in) who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact abbydid at alangdon@fuse.net and include an identifying photograph for reference. Abbydid will use the photo for identification purposes (only) and will hold the request in confidence.
By participating in an abbydid event or by failing to notify abbydid, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by abbydid, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify abbydid from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Event Registration Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment at the time of registration is required to ensure a participant’s space at the event.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. A 100% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 30 business days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 29 and 15 business days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
Any cancellation request received fewer than 15 business days prior to a scheduled event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by abbydid. Extenuating circumstances can be (but not limited to) death in the family, documented positive COVID-19 test etc.
If the event is cancelled by abbydid, registrants will be extended a full refund (100%).
