This beauty is called "Bye Bye Blackbird" after the jazz standard from the mid 1920s. She's a ritzy little number sure to make you feel like royalty.

Two parasisal straws are used in Miss Blackbird; a white for the crown and a black for the brim. She's then decked out in a lovely embroidered white ribbon from India and a hand stitched appliqué with a smattering of rhinestones. The adjustable hatband allows for a range of 22"-23" head sizes.
