Kanzashi are traditional Japanese hair ornaments created by folding fabric. Each petal starts as a single circle or square of fabric and is folded much like a piece of origami, which is then hand-stitched into a beautiful blossom.

The center of each flower is finished with a vintage button and securely glued to a sturdy metal and plastic alligator style hair clip. Wear it clipped on your jacket, in your hair, on a hat band, or anywhere else you dream up.

These flowers are created from vibrant pink satin and electric blue silk. The piece measures 3.5”x3” and arrives packaged in an abbydid box.
